Dumaguete's Famous Silvanas Now Come in Three New Flavors

If you've ever taken a trip to Dumaguete in Negros Oriental, you'd know that Sans Rival Cakes & Pastries' buttery silvanas are one of the the most popular pasalubong items you can bring home—your titos and titas probably requested for a box of the treat on your last visit. The famous bakeshop opened their first outpost in Manila in 2018 where you can get the creamy pastry in their classic vanilla and chocolate flavors. If you can't get enough of the popular dessert, get excited because Sans Rival Cakes & Pastries has launched their beloved silvanas in three new flavors: Ube, Strawberry, and Pandan.

The Dumaguete bakeshop's new flavors of their popular silvanas have that same cashew-meringue crunch and unmistakable burst of melt-in-your-mouth buttercream as the originals, but this time around, the buttercream filling and crumb-coated outer layer are infused with the irresistible  flavors of fruity strawberry, sweet-earthy ube,  and coconut-like pandan. You can choose to get an assorted box (P335) with all flavors including the original two, or a pack filled with just the flavor of your choice (P325).

Choose between an individual-flavor or assorted box with 10 pieces of silvanas inside.
