Casa Daza by Chef Sandy Has Closed for Good

(SPOT.ph) Sunday afternoons and family meet-ups at U.P. Town Center were made more delicious with a visit to Casa Daza by Chef Sandy—the Chef Sandy Daza-helmed restaurant that cooked up Filipino classics given Daza's own twists. Sadly, these are not easy times for the dining industry. Casa Daza has announced that it is permanently closing its U.P. Town Center branch starting today, February 1.

"We appreciate every customer who has come through our doors, and are grateful for the community we have built in our short time in [U.P. Town Center] (UPTC)," Casa Daza by Chef Sandy writes in a social media post. "Thank you for supporting our business; we have enjoyed serving each one of you."

Casa Daza by Chef Sandy was a favorite among families looking for a Filipino meal.

Should you find yourself hankering for their signature empanada and buns, however, you'd be happy to know that their mall-kiosk counterpart, Casa Daza Empanada, will remain open. Casa Daza Empanada has branches at SM Megamall, Alabang Town Center, and more.
