(SPOT.ph) When people say condo living, amenities like a swimming pool, a gym, and maybe some open spaces with greenery usually come to mind. So imagine our surprise when we found out that there stands a condo in the Metro with a private theater, and we heard it from no less than Heart Evangelista, during a home tour-inspired event today, February 23, where she was formally announced as Robinsons Land's newest brand ambassador.
Evangelista toured several showrooms of RLC Residences, including The Residences at Westin Manila Sonata Place, The Radiance Manila Bay, and Sapphire Bloc. She reveals during the unit walkthrough that she has her own unit in Sapphire Bloc, Ortigas. “I love it...the place I have isn’t huge but the layout was really well-done, very spacious, gives the owner a chance to really play around their home and decorate stuff.” She goes on to describe the amenities, which includes the aforementioned private theater and a beautiful pool. “It’s like living in a hotel,” Evangelista says, expressing excitement over fixing up her unit and making a vlog about it, too.

For Evangelista, location, accessibility, convenience, and safety are some of the most important considerations when it comes to choosing a home. She also stresses the importance of making sure that “the company you invest in with your hard-earned money is somebody that you can trust.” Evangelista shares that she’s had a good relationship with RLC Residences for a really long time, “so it was a no-brainer for me.”
Evangelista also has tips for those thinking of investing in a property soon. “When you put your money on something, it has to be a one-time big-time solid ‘taya.’” For now, she looks forward to investing more on properties “now that I can still work and I still have work.”
During the course of her showroom tour, Evangelista also shared some home design-related tips, which include putting mirrors on the walls to make the space bigger than it actually is and even color-coordinating the fruits on her dining table (green apples and lemons are her go-tos) to make a space look more aesthetically pleasing. This is coming from someone who “believes in the power of color palettes,” with white as Evangelista’s color of choice.
In a statement, RLC Residences shared that their future projects will have innovative storage solutions, smart home features, dedicated spaces for work-from-home nooks, among others, which is good news for those who are after a certain #aesthetic for their home.
