(SPOT.ph) Wagyu Studio opened in October 2020, treating serious meat enthusiasts to real-deal, quality Wagyu beef served in different forms and reimagined in a modern light. This time around, they're taking the creative process to the next level—that is, by opening their kitchens to some of the best-known culinary geniuses in the country. Wagyu Studio is holding Live Kitchen Sessions: Volume One, a series of collaboration dinners between their Executive Chef Yoji Kitayama alongside some of Manila's best chefs!
Wagyu Studio will be joining forces with the following chefs for multi-course tasting menus: 2016 Asia’s Best Female Chef Margarita Fores of Cibo, Grace Park, and Lusso on January 13; Chef Josh Boutwood of The Test Kitchen and Helm on January 14; Chef Miko Calo of Metronome on January 20; and Chef Chele Gonzalez of Gallery by Chele on January 21. You can inquire about the dinners and book your tables by giving Wagyu Studio a call at 0916-365-8084. Seats are limited, and health and safety protocols will be enforced.
Wagyu Studio is a restaurant located in Bonifacio Global City that highlights all things Wagyu beef. The restaurant is divided into the Yakiniku Lounge and the Live Kitchen, as well as a Butcher Shop where you can shop prime cuts of Japanese beef.
