Former actor Bayani Casimiro, Jr., known as Prinsipe K in the series Okay Ka, Fairy Ko, is living this kind of life now.
Bayani rose to fame not just a comedian but also a dancer. In his stint in the said defunct fantasy series of Bossing Vic Sotto, he was known for his dance moves.
His character was like a genie as his role was Prinsipe Kahilingan. Bayani was also included in several movie versions of the said series.
For many years now, the former actor chose a more private life. However, in June last year, photos of him while he was on the streets circulated on social media. It was then alleged that he is now begging for many from the passers-by.
Bayani Casimiro, Jr. disproved that allegation. He said that a woman approached him and asked for a photo, based on the article from GMA.
“She approached me. Nagulat ako. Sabi baka pwedeng magpa-picture kasi dati mo ‘kong tagahanga. Paninira talaga. Nagtataka ‘ko, hindi ko siya kakilala.”
“Wala akong ginagawang masama sa kanya. Kung Good Samaritan ka, kailangan magpaalam ka muna doon sa taong gusto mong tulungan,”
The former actor stressed out that he can always be seen staying at an overpass near a mall in Parañaque because he visits the former mechanic of their family.
He added that he will never use any person just to have projects in show business again. Bayani Casimiro, Jr. also shared that after leaving the entertainment industry, he worked as a graphic artist.
