This Online Shop Makes Sushi Rolls Topped With Pork Floss a Thing

(SPOT.ph) While traditional sushi leans more toward the minimalist ideal, you can usually find modern versions adding less-common ingredients to make for completely novel flavor profiles. Here's an example we recently spotted: Iloilo online seller The Sushi Box offers an assortment of modern sushi, and you can get these rolls with pork floss topping, too!

The Sushi Box's pork floss add-on can be requested when you buy their sushi boxes:  Just add P20 and get the pork-floss topping for their Chiisai Set (P180/12 pieces with four flavors), while you just have to add P20 per row of eight pieces if you want the said topping on their Pati Set (P795/56 pieces with four flavors). Their flavor selection includes the Crunchy SpamTropicalCali RollMa Hu RollBonito BonitaCordon Bleu, and Crunchy Tuna. The pork floss adds a savory-sweet, umami note that takes each roll up several flavor notches.
