(SPOT.ph) Typhoon Ulysses was no ordinary typhoon, triggering massive flooding in some areas and leaving many with destroyed homes (aside from taking a number of lives). Among the areas that especially took a hit is Cagayan Valley, and in honor of the region (which is also known as the top producer of corn in the Philippines), The Lost Bread is coming out with the limited-edition Sweet Corn Ice Cream, a part of the proceeds from which is for the benefit of those who have suffered from the recent typhoon!

For every purchase of a pint (P250) of the Sweet Corn Ice Cream, The Lost Bread will be donating P100 to the Kaya Natin Movement's Bangon Luzon Campaign. This ice cream will be available beginning November 30, but you can preorder as early as now from their website. Hurry, because this flavor will only be available until they reach their target donation of P100,000!

The Lost Bread is a homegrown dessert establishment known for their quirky soft-serve and ice cream creations. In 2019, they made it to travel website Big 7 Travel’s list of the 50 best ice-cream parlours in the world.

And if you're looking for a savory treat to pair with your ice cream, you can't go wrong with steaming-hot French fries. Some of our favorites versions are those by Army Navy and KFC.
