(SPOT.ph) The province of Cebu in Central Visayas is home to an interesting terrain of rolling hills, expansive tracts of flat land, and over a hundred islands and islets surrounding the mainland. It's pretty cool especially when seen from above—and you can do so through a gyrocopter experience. Fly a Gyro Cebu lets you discover the beautiful landscape of South Cebu while aboard an open-cabin aircraft called a gyrocopter.
An experienced pilot will be on the driver's seat so you don't have to worry. You can sit back, enjoy the flight, and take photos from above. A 10-minute flight costs P2,200, while a 15-minute flight is at P2,700. The service is available daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., though they recommend flying between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. or between 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. to avoid mid-day turbulence.
