Requiem of the Rose King's Censorship Hinders Progress on Important Conversations

Censorship isn't anything new in the anime industry, especially when it comes to violence. Viewers have seen it happen in anime like Tokyo Ghoul with the censorship of Kaneki's torture scene, but other anime such as Attack on Titan have never shied away from showing gory scenes. However, Requiem of the Rose King, which likewise has its fair share of violent fight scenes (how could it not when it's set during the War of the Roses?) has been heavily censored to the point where there's hardly any animated movement at all. The anime tries to hide it by using color palettes that make scenes look intentionally artistic but it gets distracting.
