To say something strange has been going on with the children of Jor-El would be an understatement. His daughter, Zala, has been seen willfully, almost gleefully, murdering people left and right. As for Kal-El, he attempted to murder Batman recently. In Dark Knights of Steel #6 (by Tom Taylor, Yasmine Putri, Arif Prianto, Wes Abbott) when confronted with her crimes, Zala reacted with total surprise, denying that she did anything of the sort.
