It’s Showtime Hosts Allegedly Took A Swipe At Their Former Show Director Direk Bobet Vidanes

Seems like the It’s Showtime family can’t get over with Direk Bobet Vidanes.

Previously, Cristy Fermin reveals that “It’s Showtime” Director Bobet Vidanes has left ABS-CBN to transfer to Brightlight Productions, a blocktimer on TV5.

According to Cristy Fermin, the director is resigning from the network and will leave his noontime show which ran for over 11 years already up until now. The noontime show he created is among the few Kapamilya programs which stood strongly amid the adversities of the network.

Cristy also revealed that alleged complaints from the production staff against the director regarding his work ethics and he handles his subordinates.

The hosts of It’s Showtime has not directly spoken about this matter but an article in Abante Entertainment appeared to be connecting this conversation during a recent show.

In the segment Hide and Sing, the hosts have to guest who is the real singer among three contestants. While finalizing their decision on who they want to choose, Vhong Navarro said this to Ryan Bang: “Si Ryan di dapat lumipat e. Kasi si Vice at Ion, number 2 na talaga. May lumipat, dapat hindi lumilipat ‘yun. Dun ka mag-stick sa 3.”

Then, the answer of Ryan surprised other hosts of the show. “Basta hindi ako lumilipat ng channel,” he said. Amy Perez stressed that they were talking about the game. Following that, Vice Ganda said while smiling, “Sobra kang magsalita ah. Direk oh!”

This was followed by Jugs Jugueta who said, “Sabi mo loyal ka, ba’t ka lumipat? Sabi mo loyal tayong lahat. Loyal kami ni Kuys Vhong, loyal kami ni Vice.”

Then, Amy asked if there is hatred in what he said. Karyll also responded that it is because this was dug up.
