CLAUDINE BARRETTO FILES COMPLAINT TO RAYMART SANTIAGO AFTER ALLEGEDLY FAILING TO GIVE SUPPORT TO THEIR CHILDREN

Claudine Barretto and Raymart Santiago might see each other again in the Prosecutor’s Office of Marikina City.

This is after the actress has filed a case against Raymart pursuant to the V!olence Againisf Women and Children Act or R.A. 9262 and alleged economic 4buse.

According to the legal counsel of Claudine, Atty. Ferdinand Topacio, Raymart is allegedly not giving a Php 100,000 monthly for the support of their two children.

This was then the root of the reason why Claudine filed a case against the latter.

“Hindi nagbibigay ng sustento si Raymart. Ang tagal na!

“Nagbibigay siguro, 14 thousand a month, ganun. ‘Tapos, wala na,” Atty, Topacio said.

As of this moment, the legal complaint of Claudine against Raymart is still in presecut!on and they are expecting the actor to submit his counter-affidavit.

According to Atty. Topacio, the former couple has come to the decision and signed that Raymart will give a hundred thousand monthly.

But it is not happening anymore, so Claudine filed a case to take an action.

“Before in court, meron na silang pinirmahan na 100 thousand a month—na pwede-pwede na rin, although insufficient pa rin.

“But even that, hindi natutupad, kaya we have to file a case against him.”

Meanwhile, Topacio also said that Claudine got a heads up from Jodi Sta. Maria that she is in a relationship with Raymart.

Jodi is the current girlfriend of Raymart, as the photos of them already circulated online.
