Celebrity Couple Robin And Mariel Padilla Build And Gave They Household Helpers A House Of Their Own

Celebrity couple Robin Padilla and Mariel Rodriguez buid an apartment for their housemates and their families.

 

 

The couple decided to give free housing to their “angels” including the nanny of their children at the height of the lockdown caused by the C0VID19 pandemic.

In her latest YouTube vlog, Mariel recounted how her husband was touched by the situation of their housemates when they sent aid when community quarantine began in the country.

 

 

“During the start of the pandemic, dito sa amin, we really followed very, very strict quarantine rules. Talagang no one comes in and out.

“Talagang we’re very very strict with that because we have little kids. So, talagang maingat kami with everything.

 

 

“Another thing na kailangan namin gawin is to limit the exposure of the people na lumalabas at pumapasok sa bahay.”

“So that means walang nakakalabas at nakakapasok, that includes yung mga kasama namin sa bahay.

 

 

This is where Robin decided to build an apartment in the Museo Padilla compound so that their housemates and their families can live there.

“Nami-miss nila yung pamilya nila. Siyempre, mag-aalala sila. Ang dami-daming nangyayari so mag-aalala sila sa mga pamilya nila.

 

 

“And we wanted to remove that worry away from them para hindi na nila ‘yon iniisip. So Robin decided to take them under his wing.”

Mariel also shared that a house for their family is a rightful reward for outmost care and service that they received from their “kasambahays”

 

 

“It is because they’re also sacrificing so much for their families. It is because they showed us loyalty.

“Nagpakita sila ng pagmamahal sa amin at gusto naming suklian ng pagmamahal din yung ipinapakita nilang pagmamahal at mabuting serbisyo sa amin,”

 

 

They are very grateful to Binoe and Mariel because apart from not having to pay rent for the house, they are also with their families.

They thanked Robin and Mariel and said that they would really look forward to it as long as they lived.

 

 

“Kakaiba po ang naranasan namin dito, hindi namin mararanasan sa iba.

“Iba po yung ipinapakita ninyo sa amin. Kakaiba po ang pakiramdam.

“Parang at home na at home po ako dito sa bahay ninyo,”

 

 

Analyn, who has been with the Padillas’  for 10 years already, had nothing to say about the couple’s kindness. She added that she never felt that alone because Robin considered them family.
